Description
Supervise daily on-site earthwork operations, including clearing, excavation, backfilling, compaction, and drainage works.
Direct and monitor site workers and subcontractors to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, such as compaction tests and site leveling.
Report daily progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Site Agent or Project Manager.
Coordinate machinery, materials, and manpower for efficient site operations.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirement
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in earthworks projects, including cut & fill, drainage, and site preparation.
Practical knowledge of site equipment, including excavators, compactors, graders, and dump trucks.
Ability to work independently and identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
Willingness to travel across Peninsular Malaysia based on project assignments.
