Description
1st Level Technical Remote Troubleshooting
Support Service arrangement for new Project
Support Service arrangement for new Maintenance
Technical related hotline support
Support Service arrangement to carry out training
Provide guidance and views in support of opportunities for new work streams
Review and verification of technical reports
Other tasks assigned by superior
Preferably male candidates – need to engage with field service engineers
Work based in Melaka
Preferably with more than 5 years Field Service Engineering working experiences in Semiconductor or similar business as Muehlbauer.
Occasionally need travel to customer site

Requirement
Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)
Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by team leaders and supervisors.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
