Description
Carry out Engine Components / Parts repair (Disassembly, Cleaning, NDT, VI, blending, welding, machining, Assembly & Test, etc.) according ESM, CMM, SOPM and other technical documents;
Correctly fill in router, WI and other maintenance record etc.
Following up company working procedure, engine maintenance manual procedures and EHS procedure
Daily check and maintenance owned tool/equipment to ensure tool/equipment in service status
Participate in quality investigation, identify root cause, corrective action and prevent action
Be responsible of 5S and CI
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirement
Prefer FAA/EASA-66 TA basic maintenance person license certificate
College or above, major in aviation, aerospace, mechanical or electrical area, min 10
years Engine component/part repair experience in aviation
Working experience in engine component repair shop, such as MTU, Lufhansa, etc.
Proficient in special process repair (such as: blending, welding, heat treatment, coating application, painting, forming, protective treatment application, non-destructive examination)
Ability to use equipment/tool to test, repair and troubleshooting component or parts
Understanding of FAA/CAAC/EASA regulations, and AS9100 quality requirements
English speaking
