Description
Make sure repair activities are carried out in accordance with ESM, ESM, CMM, IRM,SPM and other OEM requirements.
Prepare repair procedure for core engine parts, write engineering report, warranty
report, part/line/lab reject findings report
Work out master repair schemes.
Develop and compile part repair process
Work out repair part engineering disposition
Set up new repair capability with support from other sources
Repair technical direction
The task of engineering disposition, including release work scope, appoint applicable
SB(s), etc
The alternative tooling/consumable/parts equivalence assessment procedure；
New capability application procedure
Self-Manufacture and Modification of tools & Equipment
Requirement
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Aerospace/Aviation, especially in maintenance process, and major in aerospace engine is preferred
With no less than 15 years aircraft/engine component/parts repair experience, and at
least 8 years as engineer
Familiar with CFM56-5/7 engine core component repair process(vanes, blades, CC,
etc)
Working experience in engine component repair shop, such as MTU, Lufhansa, etc
DER development experience
Reverse engineering experience
SPD develop experience
English speaking
